In case of claims related to sensitized material please make sure you send us an exact description of the product. Don´t forget to let us know which surface the paper has or if it is a 35mm or 120 film. We also need the emulsion number.
About 90% of all claims are NOT coating or manufacturing issues. Photochemistry is not mechanics or electronics. Things can go wrong and many incompabilities can occur. If something worked fine last week you have a chance that it will work next week as well but you can never be sure. Please do not assume that what you encounter is a "known problem". There are hardly any "known problems" because we would eliminate them by pulling product off the market etc.
Therefore we always need a full description of what´s happening. This is not to make life more difficult for you but necessary in order to help you. If something´s happening in your workflow exchanging the product isn´t the fix because you will run into the same problems again and waste more of your valuable time.
